Job summary

Century Pacific Food, Inc. seeks a Data Quality Specialist to measure, report, and control master data quality across systems.

You will co-create reports and dashboards to ensure data is fit for purpose and help establish Data Quality Standards for the Data Office. The role involves onboarding and operating data management processes, development of KPI dashboards in Excel/Power BI, and cross-functional coordination with GPOs, IT, and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, IT, Engineering, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of work experience in Master Data Management, preferably in the Material or Product or Customer/Supplier Master within SCM.
• Strong understanding of Data Governance Framework including Internal Controls, Audits, Sox.
• Proficient in MS Office with advanced Excel skills (lookup, if-then-else, conditional formatting, macro recording).
• Experience in Power BI reports (User); Power BI development is a plus.
• Knowledge of AI tools like Claude is advantageous.
• Proactive and able to work with minimum supervision and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Good communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own Data Quality Standards documentation as main author.
• Establish, measure, and report monthly Data Office KPIs.
• Create and rollout Target Specification Documents for KPIs.
• Collect KPI data coordinating with GPOs or from sources.

Job Summary:

Responsible for measuring, reporting, and controlling the Data Quality of the managed data. Co-creates and co-owns the relevant reports and other controlling mechanisms to ensure that all Master Data stored in all relevant systems are ‘fit for purpose’. Help establish the Data Quality Standards for SCLD and authors the related documentation. Manage and enhance the KPI dashboards that measure Data Quality and KPIs by working with the KPI Data Owner, KPI Presentation Owner, Global Process Owners in collecting, reviewing and summarizing the KPI Data.

Duties and Responsibilities:

A) Data Office - Data Management Onboarding and Operations

• Take ownership over the Data Quality Standards of the Data Office by being the document’s main Author. Work with Data Office Leaders in establishing, documenting and maintaining these standards.
• Help establish, measure, and report the Data Office monthly KPIs.
• Author and roll-out the Target Specification Documents that identify the details of the KPIs established in the Data Office.
• Responsible for collecting and inputting the KPI Data by coordinating with the GPOs and/or extracting the performance figures from the identified sources.
• Develop the KPI Dashboard visualization via MS Excel/ PowerPoint/ Power BI or any other tools available. Keeps the dashboard updated for future enhancements.

B) Performance Monitoring and Reporting

• Develop MS Excel reports for various internal monitoring needs on top of KPI dashboards.

C) Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work with Data Transformation Office on various Transformation initiatives requiring Master and Transactional Data.
• Assist in the Data Quality measurements in relation to Data Migration projects and other non-BAU data audits. Act as back-up during Project UAT and other testing activities.
• Partner with Operations, Planning, and IT teams to ensure that technical solutions align with overall supply chain strategies.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, IT, Engineering, or other related fields. Master’s Degree or equivalent experience is an advantage but not required.
• At least 3 years of work experience in Master Data Management preferably in the Material or Product or Customer/ Supplier Master or fields under Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehouse operations.
• Sound understanding of Data Governance Framework including Controls (Internal Controls, Audits, Sox)
• Proficient in MS Office. Microsoft Excel skills on advanced formulas like lookup, if-then-else logic, conditional formatting, macro recording are very much preferred.
• Experience in Power BI reports as User. PBI Report Developer experience a plus.
• Knowledge in AI Tools like Claude, an advantage.
• Proactive and can work with minimum supervision. Can work with different stakeholders and counterparts.
• Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Must be willing to report onsite at least four (4) days per week in Ortigas, Pasig, with one (1) work-from-home day weekly.
