Job summary

Century Pacific Food, Inc. is seeking a Data Maintenance Specialist to manage master and transactional data across ERP systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance. You will onboard requests, perform gatekeeping, and produce reliable data for business processes.

Based in Ortigas, Pasig, the role requires 4 onsite days per week with one work-from-home day, and collaboration with Operations, Planning, IT, and data teams. Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Power Apps is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, IT, Engineering or related fields.
• 1–3 years in Master Data Management or related SCM/Logistics data roles.
• Proficient in MS Office with advanced Excel capabilities.
• Knowledge of Power Apps and Power BI is a plus; Claude AI is an advantage.
• Able to work with stakeholders with minimal supervision and strong communication.

Job Summary:

Responsible for the Operational, Day-to-day and Business as Usual (BAU) Data Maintenance by creating and/or correcting Master and Transactional Data in the relevant systems. Performs gatekeeping functions by carefully analyzing the Data Maintenance requests received from Business Counterparts before they’re created or maintained in the ERP systems. Analyzes and corrects Data inconsistencies to minimize adverse Business Impact.

Duties and Responsibilities:

A) Data Office - Data Management Onboarding and Operations

• Onboard/ receive Data Maintenance responsibilities from Sending Teams.
• Responsible for creating Master Data in the relevant ERP systems from Requests received from Counterparts and/or from regular or scheduled data maintenance as part of the BAU.
• Gather Master Data requirements for Projects and System Implementation. Acts as User Acceptance Tester (UAT) during Testing Exercises, when required.
• Prepare Work Instructions, Process Flow Chart, User Guidelines and other documentations related to the Data Maintenance process. Keeps these documents up-to-update and regularly published.
• Perform Data safeguarding by carefully analyzing the Data Maintenance requests received. Challenges them as necessary.

B) Performance Monitoring and Reporting

• Develop MS Excel reports for various internal monitoring needs.
• Extract and analyze ERP reports like LN Data Reports needed for various data analysis
• Supports the KPI Task Force in the KPI Dashboards maintenance and KPI Reporting.
• Recommend Process Improvements leading towards efficiency and Data Quality

C) Compliance and Controls

• Work with auditors and/or other compliance officers as needed by providing audit trails or data history.

D) Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work with Data Transformation Office on various Transformation initiatives requiring SCLD Master and Transactional Data.
• Partner with Operations, Planning, and IT teams to ensure that technical solutions align with overall supply chain strategies.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, IT, Engineering, or other related fields. Master’s Degree or equivalent experience is an advantage but not required.
• 1-3 years work experience in Master Data Management preferably in the Material or Product or Customer/ Supplier Master or fields under Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehouse operations.
• Proficient in MS Office. Microsoft Excel skills on advanced formulas like lookup, if-then-else logic, conditional formatting, macro recording are very much preferred.
• Knowledge in Power Apps, Power BI reports a plus. Knowledge in AI Tools like Claude, an advantage.
• Proactive and can work with minimum supervision. Can work with different stakeholders and counterparts.
• Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Must be willing to report onsite at least four (4) days per week in Ortigas, Pasig, with one (1) work-from-home day weekly.
