Stark Asia Solutions Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Process Consultant to implement SAP S/4HANA EWM for global clients. The role requires 4–8 years of experience and involves leading blueprint workshops, advising on system functionality, and optimizing warehouse logistics from inbound to outbound.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams and support solution design for RFPs, with an emphasis on EWM integration and end-to-end processes.

Qualifications

• MBA or Master’s degree from Tier-1 college preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with good academic record.
• 3-8 years of post-qualification experience in SAP/S4/HANA implementations.
• Experience in S/4HANA solution design and configuration for EWM.
• Experience with EWM integration to TM/MM/PP.
• Knowledge of end-to-end S/4HANA project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead blueprint workshops and advise on system functionality.
• Optimize end-to-end warehouse logistics from inbound to outbound.
• Coordinate technical teams through milestones: configuration, testing, UAT, cutover, hypercare.

Job Overview

The Supply Chain Process Consultant is a client-facing role that implements the SAP S/4HANA Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) platform for global enterprise clients. Requiring 4 to 8 years of experience, this professional leads blueprint workshops, advises on system functionality, and optimizes end-to-end warehouse logistics from inbound receiving to outbound fulfillment. Additionally, the consultant coordinates technical teams through critical milestones—including configuration, testing, UAT, cutover, and hypercare—while supporting business development teams with solution designs for upcoming RFPs.

• MBA or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management from Tier-1 college is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with good academic record
• 3-8 years of relevant post qualification experience
• Good, in-depth experience in working in one or more of the following areas:
• S/4HANA solution design: Ability to support the business need discussions and mapping the requirements to S/4HANA system and design the process for EWM. Should have exposure to do the configuration as per designed solution.
• S/4HANA business case and roadmap development: Exposure and understanding of business case around S/4HANA and roadmap to integrate.
• S/4HANA solution development, testing and deployment: In depth knowledge of S/4HANA solution development in SAP EWM. Ability to support SAP solution deployment considering the industry best practices.
• 2+ project lifecycle experiences with demonstrated experience in SAP or S/4HANA implementations
• Domain knowledge in supply chain management related to inbound logistics, fulfilment, outbound logistics, warehouse operations is a must
• Understanding of end-to-end cycle of S/4HANA project like Blueprinting, Configuration, testing, UAT, Cutover, GO-Live, Post GO-Live is preferable
• Good knowledge on integration aspects of EWM with other modules such as TM, MM, PP is good to have
• Open to cross-country relocation
