Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, engineering, IT, or a related field.
• Experience with PROSCI, ADKAR, or Kotter change frameworks.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyze adoption metrics and feedback for improvements.
• Background in project management or business transformation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change management plans aligned with project goals.
• Identify risks and resistance points; create mitigation strategies.
• Conduct change impact and readiness assessments.
• Identify key stakeholders and build relationships.
• Develop clear communication plans (emails, FAQs, workshops).
• Facilitate feedback loops to address concerns and improve adoption.
• Design and deliver training programs to support end-user adoption.
• Develop training materials, guides, FAQs, and support resources.
• Organize workshops, webinars, and hands-on sessions for knowledge transfer.
• Enhance user experience and monitor adoption rates.
• Establish post-go-live support and champion networks.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and capture lessons learned.
• Work with leadership to embed change into organizational culture.
