Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end change strategies for complex initiatives, including stakeholder analysis and adoption measurement.
• Advise and coach leaders on sponsorship behaviors and accountability for adoption outcomes.
• Own change readiness assessments and inform go/no-go decisions based on risk data.
• Monitor adoption metrics and adjust approaches to improve outcomes.
• Provide direction and quality oversight to junior change practitioners.
• Ensure adherence to OCM standards and enterprise change methodology.
