Job summary

PepsiCo’s Strategy & Transformation organization seeks a Change Management Manager to drive governance and adoption of critical initiatives from Manila. You will apply structured change methodologies to assess, design, and deliver solutions that enable successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Org Development and Leadership or related field.
• Minimum 6–8 years of HR/OMD/CM experience with change management, org design, culture and business transformation.
• CM experience within a GCC or GBS location is preferred.
• Storytelling and/or strong presentation skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with cross-geography stakeholders preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply structured change methodologies to assess, design and deliver solutions that drive successful outcomes.
• Collaborate with the APAC Change Lead and cross-functional stakeholders to execute transformation activities.
• Develop and roll out change management plans, communications, and training materials.
• Conduct stakeholder assessments, change impact assessments, and change management planning.
• Create materials to drive awareness and engagement across the organization on initiatives.
