Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in business analysis, transformation, or operational improvement roles.
• Exposure to shared services, GCC, or business services environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Transformation Director in shaping and maintaining the transformation strategy and roadmap.
• Analyze end-to-end operational processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Gather, document, and validate business requirements for technology-enabled changes.
• Track milestones, risks, and benefits across multiple initiatives and maintain RAID logs.
