Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in business analysis, transformation, consulting, or related roles.

• Experience supporting transformation, process improvement, or technology-enabled change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support the Transformation Director by shaping and maintaining strategy and roadmaps.
• Analyze end-to-end processes to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions.
• Gather, validate, and trace business requirements for technology-enabled changes.
• Assist in UAT, risk and dependency tracking, and governance activities.
• Develop reports and dashboards to measure benefits realization.
