Job summary

DWS Manila is seeking a CFO Operations Manager in Regional Finance to lead reporting, planning, and financial analysis for multiple entities. You will coordinate with regional CFOs, business FDs, and the group reporting team to ensure accurate monthly results and regulatory submissions.

Ideal candidates have CPA qualifications, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, SAP experience, and a collaborative mindset. The role offers a hybrid work model with comprehensive development and global exposure.

Qualifications

• Degree in accountancy/finance with professional qualification preferred.
• Experience in financial reporting, planning, analytics or audit.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for stakeholder interaction.

Responsibilities

• Prepare management reports (Flash, Plan, Forecast, Actuals) for CFO and regional finance.
• Review entity financials and regional results to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate with auditors and regulatory submissions for compliance.
• Support annual planning and intercompany/transfer pricing reviews.
• Assist AI initiatives and adhoc reporting requests.
• Maintain updated guidelines and KPIs across finance operations.
