Job summary

ALORICA TELESERVICES, INC. in Metro Manila is seeking a Training Lead to guide the Training team, ensuring effective delivery and achievement of performance targets.

You will coach and develop Trainers, monitor training performance, attendances and quality, oversee nesting and delivery, collaborate with Operations and Quality on training needs, and drive continuous process improvements with clear metrics. This role requires onsite work and shifting schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any related field.
• 2-3 years of people management experience, preferably in Training/BPO.
• Strong coaching, leadership, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Training team to ensure effective training delivery and achievement of performance targets.
• Manage, coach, and develop Trainers.
• Monitor training performance, attendance, and quality.
• Oversee training delivery and nesting.
• Partner with Operations and Quality teams on training needs.
• Drive process improvements and track training metrics.
