Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the team, setting clear priorities aligned with evolving business needs and driving a high-performance culture.
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of customer agreements, ensuring timely receipt, accurate review, proper documentation, and compliance with pricing and governance standards.
Ensure financial accuracy by overseeing accruals, provisions, payments, reconciliations, and preparation of balance sheet accounts in line with internal controls.
Partner with cross-functional and global stakeholders to align contract processes with business objectives and drive consistent best practices.
Identify and implement process improvements, leveraging SAP, advanced Excel, and reporting tools to enhance efficiency, transparency, and data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
