The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in training management and expertise in instructional design.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop content, materials and delivery methods, manage budgets and vendors, and measure program impact to continuously improve

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in training management with focus on leadership and skills training.
• Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and evaluation methodologies.
• Excellent project management, communications, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify training needs and develop strategic plans to address skill gaps.
• Design, plan, and conduct training programs for leadership, skills, and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop content, materials, and delivery methods.
