iOPEX Technologies Philippines Inc. is hiring a Training Manager to join our team in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. The role requires 2–3 years of experience in training leadership and a proven ability to design and execute effective training programs.

• Proven work experience for at least 2 to 3 years of experience in Training as a Manager.
• Track record in designing and executing successful training programs.
• Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in-classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations, etc).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
