iOPEX Technologies Philippines Inc. is hiring for Payroll professionals to join our growing team in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. Open roles include Senior Payroll Specialist, Payroll Specialist, and Payroll Associate, with a focus on accurate bi-weekly payroll and benefits administration.

You will work onsite, collaborate with HR and finance, and handle payroll taxes, deductions, and compliance. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in payroll/compensation, strong numerical and analytical skills,

Competenze

• 1–2 years of experience in payroll, compensation and benefits, preferably in tech.
• Strong numerical and analytical ability with high attention to detail.
• Proficient with payroll software such as Oracle or ADP.
• Solid knowledge of local labour laws and payroll regulations.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; meet deadlines.
• Onsite work requirement in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.

Mansioni

• Process bi-weekly payroll with gross-to-net calculations and deductions.
• Maintain accurate employee payroll and benefits records with confidentiality.

What you'll be doing

• Process bi-weekly payroll, including calculating gross-to-net, withholding taxes, and other deductions
• Maintain employee payroll and benefits records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy
• Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies
• Liaise with external payroll and benefits providers to resolve any issues or discrepancies
• Prepare and file all necessary payroll-related tax forms and reports
• Assist with the implementation of new payroll and HR systems and processes
• Provide support and guidance to employees regarding payroll and benefits-related inquiries

What we're looking for

• 1-2 years of experience in a payroll, compensation, and benefits role, preferably within the technology industry
• Excellent attention to detail and strong numerical and analytical skills
• Proficient in the use of payroll and HR management software, such as Oracle or ADP
• Thorough understanding of local labour laws and payroll-related regulations
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain complex payroll and benefits information to employees
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, while ensuring the timely and accurate completion of tasks
• Must be amenable to work onsite in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City
