iOPEX Technologies Phil is hiring an Asset Specialist to manage, track, and maintain company assets throughout their lifecycle on a night-shift, onsite schedule at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.

You will build and maintain asset registers, coordinate procurement and allocation, and oversee maintenance, warranties, and disposals. The role emphasizes accuracy, strong communication, and collaboration with departments to ensure compliance and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1-3 years in asset management, inventory control, or similar role.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of all company assets.
• Track asset movement, assignments, and disposals.
• Perform regular physical asset inventory audits and reconciliation.
• Assist in purchasing assets based on department requirements.
• Coordinate asset distribution to employees or departments.
• Ensure proper documentation during issuance and return of assets.
• Schedule and monitor asset maintenance and repairs.
• Track warranties, contracts, and service agreements.
• Recommend replacement or disposal of obsolete or damaged assets.
• Maintain asset registers, databases, and records.
• Prepare reports on asset utilization, depreciation, and status.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and audit requirements.
• Implement asset control procedures to prevent loss or misuse.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Ensure adherence to company and regulatory standards.

The Asset Specialist is responsible for managing, tracking, and maintaining company assets throughout their lifecycle.

Asset Management & Tracking

• Maintain accurate records of all company assets (e.g., equipment, tools, IT hardware)

• Track asset movement, assignments, and disposals

• Perform regular physical inventory audits and reconciliation

Procurement & Allocation

• Assist in purchasing assets based on department requirements

• Coordinate asset distribution to employees or departments

• Ensure proper documentation during issuance and return of assets

Maintenance & Lifecycle Management

• Schedule and monitor asset maintenance and repairs

• Track warranties, contracts, and service agreements

• Recommend replacement or disposal of obsolete or damaged assets

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain asset registers, databases, and records

• Prepare reports on asset utilization, depreciation, and status
