Job summary

House of Fruitas is hiring a Training Manager to lead a dynamic team of about 15 trainers across our restaurant and kiosk operations. You will design, deliver, and evaluate training programs, both in classrooms and on the shop floor, and drive capability-building across the organization.

You will build materials, manage the LMS, and partner with Operations and leaders to close capability gaps, using Canva and other digital tools to create engaging content.

Qualifications

• Proven training leadership experience in the F&B/Restaurant industry.
• Strong capability in classroom and in-store operational training.
• Experience managing a large training team (~15 trainers).
• Skills in training needs analysis, instructional design, facilitation, coaching, and evaluation.
• Experience developing training for restaurant, kiosk/store, corporate, technical, and soft-skill competencies.
• Proficient in LMS platforms and Canva.
• Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Trustworthy, hands-on, and results-driven with a startup mindset.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations and business leaders to identify capability gaps and translate them into practical training solutions
• Use Canva and other digital tools to create engaging, professional learning materials
• Ensure training translates into measurable improvements in knowledge, skills, service, and operational performance

THE ROLE

We are looking for a highly capable, hands-on Training Manager to lead a team of approximately 15 trainers and drive learning and capability-building across the organization.

This role requires a training leader who understands F&B and restaurant operations firsthand—someone equally effective in leading a training team, facilitating classroom sessions, and coaching employees on the store floor.

• Demonstrated experience managing a large training team, ideally around 15 trainers
• Strong capability in training needs analysis, instructional design, facilitation, coaching, and training evaluation
• Proven experience developing training for restaurant, kiosk/store, corporate, technical, and soft-skill competencies
• Proficient in LMS platforms and Canva
• Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills
• Trustworthy, hardworking, hands-on, highly accountable, and results-driven
• Strong start-up mindset — takes ownership, moves with urgency, adapts quickly, finds practical solutions with available resources, and is willing to personally execute when needed
