The Training Officer (FOH and BOH) plays a vital role in supporting the success of The Moment Group by assisting the Training Manager in developing, updating, and delivering training programs across targeted stores or brands. This role involves managing communication plans, conducting training sessions, and identifying areas for operational improvement. Occasional fieldwork is expected to assess technical competencies and recommend training solutions.
Training Execution & Logistics
Prepare all logistical requirements at least a day before the assigned training program, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
Conduct training sessions as assigned by the Director of Growth, maintaining an average evaluation score of at least 90%.
Needs Assessment & Program Development
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify operational and performance gaps.
Create comprehensive, targeted technical training modules based on identified gaps.
Data Management & Reporting
Maintain and update the training database with 100% accuracy and completeness.
Submit reports and documentation related to training and TNA promptly and accurately.

Minimum Qualifications
Experience in the Food and Beverage (F&B) industry is required.
At least 2–3 years in a supervisory or training-related role.
