Job summary

House of Fruitas is hiring a Training Manager to lead a dynamic team of about 15 trainers across our restaurant and kiosk operations. You will design, deliver, and evaluate training programs, both in classrooms and on the shop floor, and drive capability-building across the organization.

You will build materials, manage the LMS, and partner with Operations and leaders to close capability gaps, using Canva and other digital tools to create engaging content.

Qualifications

• Proven training leadership experience in the F&B/Restaurant industry.
• Strong capability in classroom and in-store operational training.
• Experience managing a large training team (~15 trainers).
• Skills in training needs analysis, instructional design, facilitation, coaching, and evaluation.
• Experience developing training for restaurant, kiosk/store, corporate, technical, and soft-skill competencies.
• Proficient in LMS platforms and Canva.
• Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Trustworthy, hands-on, and results-driven with a startup mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and drive the performance of a 15-member training team
• Design and deliver high-quality training programs for restaurant operations, kiosk/store operations, corporate functions, technical skills, and soft skills
• Personally conduct classroom, in-store, and on-the-job training
• Develop professional training materials, modules, facilitator guides, assessments, and digital learning content
• Manage and maximize the Learning Management System (LMS) and monitor training completion and effectiveness
• Partner with Operations and business leaders to identify capability gaps and translate them into practical training solutions
• Use Canva and other digital tools to create engaging, professional learning materials
• Ensure training translates into measurable improvements in knowledge, skills, service, and operational performance
