Job summary

Ugnay Solutions is seeking a Training Manager to oversee the design, delivery, and governance of training programs that align with business goals. You will manage a team, coordinate with clients, and ensure programs meet performance and compliance standards.

The role requires a strategic mindset, strong communication, and hands-on experience in a BPO or contact center environment. The position is onsite in BGC, Taguig, with night/graveyard shifts as needed.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Humanities, or a related field
• At least 5 years of Training and Development experience, with 3 years in a managerial role
• BPO experience, preferably in a contact center environment
• Experience in training, learning, and people management
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of training compliance and audit requirements
• Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig
• Willing to work night/graveyard shifts
