MAP Active Asia is seeking a Training Specialist to develop and conduct training modules, especially in soft skills for store staff. The role collaborates with the operations team to align programs with business needs, while overseeing content creation, scheduling, and trainer evaluation.

Responsibilities include assessing training needs, developing modules, conducting in-store and online training, managing budgets, and ensuring the effectiveness of programs and trainers.

• Develop training modules align with the organization’s strategic goals.
• Develop training program suitable with company business growth.

Responsabilités

• Conduct training (classroom, in-store and online training).
• Create and maintain training cost not exceed the budget.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training program and trainers.
• Ensure all soft skill training and development activities are running well: oversee the creation learning content, update learning content, manage the schedule.
• Store visit regularly.

Develop and conduct training modules, especially in soft skill training for store staff. Ensures all training activities are running well, work closely with operation team and related division to develop and recommend training program which strategically linked to the company business needs.

• Maintain development of skills and abilities of training team members : Teach new training modules and methods, enhance knowledge and skills trainers regularly
