Job Summary

A training officer is in charge of designing training programs that are aligned with the company’s needs. This role oversees the training process of employees and assesses their performance by conducting personnel evaluation.

Key Responsibilities

• Identifies the appropriate training approach for each function through the use of a training needs analysis.

• Collaborates with leaders & other stakeholders to understand Training Needs & Gaps, the organization's goals, and strategy impacting Training & Employee Development, and ensures alignment with the Principal’s training requirements.

• Organize a workshop mainly about leadership, teamwork and problem solving.

• Conduct evaluations for employees in order to monitor their progress and assess the efficiency of the training.

• Notify the management team concerning the the training's results and suggestions for improvement

• Educate the employees how to effectively deal with complaints from consumers.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Business, Mass Communication or any related courses

• 3-5 years of experience as Training Manager

• Knowledgeable in using MS Office programs

• Excellent in writing & oral communication skills

• Experience in chain and restaurant group setting is a plus
