Job summary

VXI Global Solutions in Manila is hiring a Training Specialist to deliver New Hire, progression and enhancement training across client projects, including soft and technical skills for classes up to 50 participants.

You will supervise trainees, create non-classroom materials, coordinate training activity, and assess participant performance while engaging in occasional client visits and curriculum feedback.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proven classroom leadership and organization.
• 1-2 years of training experience.
• Must have telco training experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver New Hire, Progression and Enhancement training on all aspects of client projects, including soft skills and technical skills (both small & large class sizes – up to 50).
• Supervise agents while in their training period.
• Develop non-classroom communication and training materials.
• Coordinate New Hire, Progression & Enhancement Training activity.
• Assess participant and class performance.
• Participate in minor client interaction (curriculum feedback and client visits).
• Perform other related duties and assignments as required by supervisor or manager.
