Job summary

VXI Global Solutions is seeking a Training Specialist in the Philippines to deliver New Hire, progression and enhancement training for client projects. You will supervise agents during training and develop non-classroom materials for effective learning.

The role involves coordinating training activities, assessing participant performance, and engaging in client visits to gather curriculum feedback. Strong English communication and Telco program experience are essential.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability in classroom leadership, classroom management, and classroom organization.
• Experience handling Telco programs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver New Hire, Progression and Enhancement training on client projects.
• Supervise agents during their training period.
• Develop non-classroom training materials.
• Coordinate New Hire, Progression & Enhancement Training activity.
• Assess participant and class performance.
• Participate in client interactions and provide curriculum feedback.
