Job summary

The Manager, Training will oversee the design, development, and delivery of training programs for VXI GLOBAL HOLDINGS BV (PHILIPPINES). This role ensures that all training initiatives align with company objectives and enhance employee performance and development.

You will lead a team of trainers, manage the full training lifecycle from needs assessment to evaluation, and collaborate with departments to address gaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of trainers, including performance management, coaching, and development.
• Oversee the end-to-end training lifecycle, from needs assessment and curriculum design to delivery and evaluation.
• Collaborate with various departments to identify training gaps and develop targeted solutions.
• Design and develop engaging and effective training materials, including presentations, manuals, job aids, and e-learning modules.
• Implement and manage learning management systems (LMS) and other training technologies.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, providing reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure all training content is up-to-date, accurate, and compliant with company policies and industry regulations.
• Facilitate training sessions as needed, both in-person and virtually.
• Manage the training budget and resources effectively.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
