Job summary

International Marketing Group (IMG) Insurance Brokers Corp. is seeking a Business Development Assistant in the Philippines to help prepare proposals, coordinate with clients and internal teams, and ensure accurate sales records to meet group targets.

The role requires 1–2 years in sales, business development, or related fields, strong communication, and ability to manage multiple tasks. Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome to apply, with an emphasis on organization and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, marketing, or administrative support.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship or sales experience may be considered.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Able to organize documents, monitor account requirements, and manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of basic sales, marketing, proposal preparation, and client coordination.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and other relevant business tools.
• Able to coordinate effectively with clients, internal departments, and other members of the Business Development Group.

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and maintaining a database of prospective corporate and group accounts.
• Support the preparation of proposals, quotations, presentations, and other sales-related documents.
• Coordinate with prospective clients regarding submitted proposals, requirements, inquiries, and follow-ups.
• Assist the Business Development Group in implementing marketing and sales activities for new accounts.
• Coordinate with the Actuarial Department and other concerned departments regarding account requirements, rates, product offerings, and proposals.
• Assist in monitoring renewal dates and requirements of existing corporate and group accounts.
• Support the preparation and coordination of renewal proposals and presentations.
• Coordinate with existing clients regarding renewal requirements, concerns, and necessary documentation.
• Maintain updated records of existing accounts to support client retention and potential cross-selling opportunities.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and efficient servicing of corporate and group accounts.
