Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an entry-level Training Coordinator to support Learning & Development initiatives in a manufacturing environment. You will assist in coordinating training activities, preparing learning materials, maintaining training records, and supporting employees and facilitators throughout the training process.

The role welcomes fresh graduates and requires strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. On-site work in Pampanga is expected.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably HR, Industrial Engineering, BA, Psychology, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Exposure to Training & Development, HR, administration, or facilitation is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented with multi-tasking ability.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Willing to learn and pursue a career in Training & Development and HR.
• Experience or knowledge in a manufacturing environment and GMP/ISO is an advantage.
• Willing to work on-site.

Responsibilities

• Assists in coordinating and facilitating training programs for employees across different levels.
• Prepares training materials, presentations, attendance sheets, and other learning resources.
• Coordinates training schedules, venues, participants, and other logistical requirements.
• Maintains accurate and updated training records and documentation.
• Assists in monitoring training attendance, completion, and effectiveness.
• Prepares basic training reports and updates for management.
• Coordinates with different departments regarding training requirements and employee development activities.
• Supports the implementation of Learning & Development programs and initiatives.
• Performs other HR and training-related tasks as assigned.
