Job summary

Northpoint Development Bank, Inc. (Laguna) is seeking a diligent Training Support Associate to coordinate end-to-end training logistics, including food, venue, and materials, under direct supervision.

This role focuses on ensuring adherence to corporate standards and smooth execution of sessions. You will assist in learning design, implementation, evaluation, and safekeeping of training materials, maintaining records and coordinating with trainers and participants to achieve high attendance and

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with trainer to determine personnel requirements.
• Research contents for the training module or program.
• Ensures compliance of corporate standards and procedures in training sessions.
• Facilities logistics concerns during training session such as food, venue and reproduction of materials.
• Assists in the conduct of training sessions.
• Prepares additional training materials based on the training program.
• Informs the participants on the schedule of training session and ensures high attendance rate.
• Facilities training evaluation report every conduct of training.
• Encodes results of training evaluation in the morning for submission to the trainer.
• Ensures that all request for external trainings complied with the return of service agreement.
• Encodes performance reports and worksheets of all personnel that undergo training program.
• Ensures proper safekeeping of training materials and documents both soft copy and hard copy of the documents as well as database of training conducted and participants.
• Performs other tasks as directed by the management from time to time.

Job description

Under direct supervision, responsible to the administrative tasks related to end-to-end training process including logistical concerns – food, venue, reproduction of materials, etc.

A. Learning Design and Development

C. Learning Measurement and Evaluation

1. 1. Facilities training evaluation report every conduct of training
2. 2. Encodes results of training evaluation in the morning for submission to the trainer
3. 3. Ensures that all request for external trainings complied with the return of service agreement
4. 4. Encodes performance reports and worksheets of all personnel that undergo training program

D. Safekeeping of training materials, documents and database
