Role Description

The Training Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Makati. This role is responsible for supporting the design, coordination, and delivery of training programs for employees across the organization. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with needs assessments, preparing training materials and presentations, organizing training schedules and logistics, and maintaining accurate training records and documentation. The Training Associate helps facilitate in-person sessions, monitors participant engagement and feedback, and collaborates with stakeholders to improve the effectiveness of learning initiatives. The role also involves coordinating with internal departments and external providers to ensure that training programs align with organizational goals and standards.

Qualifications

• Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse groups of learners.
• Proficiency in organizing events or sessions, including scheduling, coordination of venues, and logistical support.
• Basic knowledge of instructional design or adult learning principles, with the ability to assist in creating training materials and modules.
• Competence in using office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software) and online learning or collaboration platforms.
• Attention to detail and strong administrative skills for maintaining training records, reports, and documentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build professional relationships with colleagues and training participants.
• Strong time management and organizational skills, with the capacity to handle multiple training activities and priorities.
