Job summary

Enable PH is seeking a Training Associate - Retail to support the performance and development of its retail teams in Metro Manila. This full-time, on-site role focuses on designing and delivering training sessions for product and sales, and preparing learning materials.

You will conduct in-store coaching, monitor training effectiveness via store visits and feedback, and work with retail operations, brand, and sales to align initiatives with campaigns, product launches, and service standards.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with retail teams and foster collaboration.
• Experience in designing, facilitating, and evaluating training programs for retail or customer-facing staff.
• Solid communication skills with the ability to explain concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Effective presentation skills to deliver product, sales, and service training in both small and large groups.
• Analytical skills to interpret performance data, training feedback, and store insights.
• Relevant experience in retail, consumer technology, or lifestyle brands is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Communications or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Metro Manila, conduct regular store visits, and manage multiple training schedules and priorities.
• Proficiency in basic office and presentation software.

The Training Associate monitors training effectiveness through store visits, performance metrics, and feedback, and uses these insights to refine training content and methods. The role also collaborates closely with retail operations, brand, and sales teams to align training initiatives with current campaigns, product launches, and service standards, ensuring consistent and high-quality customer experiences across channels.
