Job summary

Teleperformance Philippines is seeking a Training and Development Lead to design and deliver comprehensive training curricula, select effective delivery methods, and train the general workforce as well as targeted disciplines. You will monitor training effectiveness and drive discipline-specific knowledge and leadership development initiatives.
