Job summary

PASIA is seeking a Training Services Manager to oversee the planning, scheduling, and delivery of public and in-house trainings in Makati. You will lead the Training Services team to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery aligned with learning objectives.

Responsibilities include monitoring participant feedback, collaborating with Sales and Marketing to promote programs, and managing departmental budgets, forecasts, and performance reports.

Qualifications

• Must have experience designing and delivering corporate trainings.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills required.
• Experience in managing stakeholder engagement and training budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Education, Human Resource Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Knowledge of Procurement and Supply Chain Management is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, and client relationship management abilities.
• Experience in managing corporate training programs and stakeholder engagement.
• Has their own laptop.
• Willing to work on-site in Makati City.
