Job summary

Qualifications

Job Title: Trainer / Training Facilitator

We are seeking Trainers to facilitate training on modern digital tools (Generative AI) and workplace technologies (Automation). In this role, you will conduct interactive sessions and guide learners in applying these tools to enhance work efficiency. Comprehensive trainings, materials, and guides are provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate instructor-led, hands-on training sessions based on assigned learning programs
• Demonstrate practical use cases of Generative AI and automation tools in real workplace scenarios
• Guide learners in designing and applying AI-supported workflows to improve efficiency
• Promote responsible technology use by integrating data privacy and ethical considerations into training discussions
• Customize and refine training materials to ensure clarity, relevance, and learner engagement
• Track learner participation, progress, and completion throughout the training cycle
• Provide coaching, feedback, and clarification to support different learning styles
• Collaborate with fellow trainers and the training management team to meet learning objectives
• Develop activities, exercises, and assessments aligned with course outcomes
• Gather feedback and contribute insights to continuously improve training deliveryPerform other learning-related tasks as assigned by the training team

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in training, teaching, facilitation, mentoring, or coaching (formal or informal)
• Hands-on experience leveraging Generative AI tools (ex. ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Claude) for personal projects and workplace tasks
• Comfortable using productivity tools such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
• Must possess a personal laptop/computer, high-speed internet connection, functional webcam, and clear headset to facilitate online classes seamlessly
• Must be willing and available to conduct face-to-face training sessions once our local campus opens (estimated to open between Q4 2026 and Q1 2027)
• Ability to simplify and explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Willing to comply with company policies, including confidentiality and curriculum usage agreements
• Flexible with work schedules, as training hours may vary depending on partner availability
• Background in Education, BPO, IT, Technology, or digital services industry is an advantage

• Hybrid: For candidates located near our Main NCR Campus in San Miguel, Manila
• Remote: For candidates residing far from this area until further notice

Future Transition

Successful hires will transition to a 100% on-site setup once the local campus in their area opens or becomes operational
