Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of training, teaching, facilitation, mentoring, or coaching.
• Hands-on experience using Generative AI tools for projects and tasks.
• Comfort with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate instructor-led, hands-on training sessions.
• Demonstrate practical AI and automation use cases in work settings.
• Guide learners in designing AI-enabled workflows.
• Promote responsible tech use including data privacy and ethics.
• Customize training materials for clarity and engagement.
• Track learner participation and progress.
• Provide coaching and feedback for different learning styles.
• Collaborate with trainers and management to meet objectives.
