Job summary

Stacktrek Enterprise Inc. seeks Trainers to facilitate training on modern digital tools (Generative AI) and workplace technologies (Automation) at our San Miguel campus in Manila.

You will conduct interactive sessions and guide learners in applying tools to boost work efficiency. Qualifications include at least two years in training, strong presentation and communication skills, and ability to explain concepts clearly.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of training or teaching experience.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools in workplace settings.
• Comfort with using productivity tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
• Face-to-face and online training availability at campus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate instructor-led, hands-on training sessions based on learning programs.
• Demonstrate practical uses of Generative AI and automation in workplace scenarios.
• Guide learners in designing AI-supported workflows to improve efficiency.
• Promote responsible technology use with data privacy and ethics.
• Customize training materials for clarity and learner engagement.
• Track learner participation, progress, and completion.
• Provide coaching and feedback for different learning styles.
• Collaborate with fellow trainers to meet learning objectives.
• Develop activities and assessments aligned with course outcomes.
• Gather feedback to improve training delivery.
