Job summary

Stacktrek Enterprise Inc. in Quezon City seeks an experienced Trainer / Training Facilitator to lead hands-on sessions on Generative AI and workplace technologies. This full-time, on-site role allows temporary hybrid/remote work and pathway to full on-site operation as the campus opens.

You will design activities, deliver practical demonstrations, tailor materials for diverse learners, track progress, and collaborate with the training team to achieve learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of training or teaching experience (in-person or online).
• Ability to explain technical concepts to diverse learners.
• Comfort with Generative AI tools for training demonstrations.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate instructor-led, hands-on training sessions on AI and automation.
• Demonstrate practical use cases of AI and automation in workplace scenarios.
• Guide learners in designing AI-enabled workflows to improve efficiency.
• Incorporate data privacy and ethics into training discussions.
• Customize materials to suit learner needs and engagement.
• Track learner participation and progress through the training cycle.
• Provide coaching and feedback across learning styles.
• Collaborate with trainers and management to meet objectives.
• Develop activities and assessments aligned with course outcomes.
