Job summary

StackTrek is seeking a Trainer / Training Facilitator to lead hands-on training introducing learners to AI-powered tools and how these tools can boost productivity, communication, and efficiency. You will ensure that learners apply these tools responsibly, in compliance with Data Privacy and Ethical Standards.

Comprehensive trainings, materials, and guides are provided. The role is on-site at our Mandaue City, Cebu Campus, part-time with in-person sessions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years teaching/training experience
• Proficient with Google Workspace or MS Office
• Knowledge of Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot)
• Clear communication to technical and non-technical learners
• Fluent in English and Filipino
• Experience documenting learner progress and reporting
• Willingness to sign NDA and curriculum usage policy
• Able to teach on-site in Mandaue City Cebu Campus

Responsibilities

As a Trainer, you will facilitate practical, hands-on training that introduces learners from diverse backgrounds to AI-powered tools and demonstrates how these technologies can improve productivity, communication, and efficiency. You will ensure that learners apply these tools responsibly, in compliance with Data Privacy and Ethical Standards. In this role, you will play a vital part in helping individuals adapt to digital transformation and thrive in an evolving workplace. Comprehensive trainings, materials, and guides are provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate engaging and practical training sessions based on the course assigned to you
• Support learners in exploring AI tools through guided activities and demonstrations
• Encourage responsible and ethical use of AI in various professional contexts
• Assist in enhancing or updating of existing training materials
• Collaborate with the training team to ensure alignment of training content with organizational policies and regulatory requirements
• Monitor learner progress and provide coaching and support as needed
• Create a positive learning environment that encourages participation and curiosity
• Maintain accurate attendance and learner progress records
• Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback for improvement
• Develop effective practice questions, exercises and activities to support learning objectives
• Stay updated on emerging trends in workplace AI and digital productivity
• Perform other training-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in teaching, mentoring, coaching, or conducting training sessions
• Familiarity with productivity tools such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
• Knowledge in using Generative AI tools (eg. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot) in a personal or professional setup
• Demonstrated ability to explain complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical learners
• Strong communication and facilitation skills in both English and Filipino
• Experience in preparing reports, documenting learner progress, and giving feedback
• Willingness to sign and comply with company agreements, including Non-Disclosure and curriculum usage policy
• Available to teach on-site face-to-face classes in our Mandaue City, Cebu Campus on an as needed basis

Preferred Qualifications / (Nice to Have)

• Knowledge of Privacy Laws (e.g., RA 10173) and ethical principles in the workplace
• Familiarity with workflow automation tools (e.g., Microsoft Power Automate, Zapier, Make)
• Previous experience with BPO, IT, or digital-enabled services industry preferred
• Experience as a college instructor is a plus
• Certification in related area is an advantage
