Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an instructional design professional to develop eLearning and blended learning content in a fast-paced environment at One Ayala Avenue West Tower, Makati City. The role requires hands-on experience in instructional design, LMS platforms, and collaboration with stakeholders to deliver learning solutions.

Ideal candidates will have 1–3 years of experience, a college degree in a related field, and strong writing and project management skills to meet evolving learner needs.

Qualifications

• College graduate.
• 1–3 years of instructional design, curriculum development, learning content development, or equivalent L&D experience.
• ID certification, degree in Instructional Systems Design, Instructional Design, Learning Design, Education Technology, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Working knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design models, learning objectives, assessments, storyboarding, and blended learning design.
• Experience supporting development of eLearning, ILT/VILT materials, job aids, microlearning, knowledge checks, and learner activities.
• Strong writing, organization, attention to detail, stakeholder coordination, and ability to manage assigned deliverables against timelines.
• Experience using authoring tools, presentation tools, LMS platforms, collaboration tools, and basic multimedia development tools.
• Must be amenable to work in One Ayala Avenue West Tower, Makati City.

Responsibilities

• Develop eLearning, ILT/VILT materials, job aids, microlearning, knowledge checks, and learner activities.
• Storyboard and design blended learning experiences.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to deliver content on timelines.
• Authoring tool usage and multimedia asset integration.

• Familiarity with different LMS (Degreed, Moodle, ServiceNow, Salesforce KB)
