Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an instructional designer with 1–3 years of experience to design and develop engaging learning content across eLearning, ILT, and VILT formats.

Based in Makati at One Ayala Avenue West Tower, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, align learning objectives with business needs, and drive timely delivery of assignments within an established delivery calendar. Experience with authoring tools and LMS platforms is valued.

Job description

• 1–3 years of instructional design, curriculum development, learning content development, or equivalent L&D experience.
• ID certification, degree in Instructional Systems Design, Instructional Design, Learning Design, Education Technology, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Working knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design models, learning objectives, assessments, storyboarding, and blended learning design.
• Experience supporting development of eLearning, ILT/VILT materials, job aids, microlearning, knowledge checks, and learner activities.
• Strong writing, organization, attention to detail, stakeholder coordination, and ability to manage assigned deliverables against timelines.
• Experience using authoring tools, presentation tools, LMS platforms, collaboration tools, and basic multimedia development tools.
• Must be amenable to work in One Ayala Avenue West Tower, Makati City.

Authoring Tools:

• Synthesia or other related AI-powered authoring tool
• Vyond, Camtasia
• Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
• Familiarity with different LMS (Degreed, Moodle, ServiceNow, Salesforce KB)
