Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Behavioral Science, or related field.
• 3–5 years of training experience within the financial, life insurance, or mutual fund industry.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding & Licensing: facilitates recruitment and pre-coding courses including IC Review and SLTC.
• Rookie Training: champions foundational programs like S.T.A.R.T., Product Knowledge, and the 4 Pillars of Financial Security.
• Open Classes: conducts specialized courses in Underwriting, Persistency 101, Claims, and Digital SUN.
• Launches & Projects: spearheads new product roll-outs and ALD-related initiatives.
• Training Needs Analysis: designs roadmaps with Instructional Design and management.
• Training logistics: manages calendars, venues, equipment and records, budget and evaluations.
• Coordinate schedules: aligns with cluster initiatives and learning sessions.
• Participation: supports agency activities and training events such as MDRT programs.
