Sun Life Financial is seeking a Brighter Pro Trainer to design and deliver advanced training programs for our distribution channels. Based in Makati, the role coordinates with local leaders and trains the trainers to drive performance across Luzon coverage.

The ideal candidate has a college degree in Business/Behavioral Science and 3–5 years’ training experience in financial services. Proficiency with MS Office, infographic design and presentation skills is essential.

Qualifications

• College graduate in Business/Behavioral Science or related field.
• 3–5 years' experience as a trainer in financial, pre-need/life insurance or mutual fund company.
• Excellent written and oral communication; ability to present to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver advanced training programs for distribution channels.
• Coordinate with local CH/RSM and train-the-trainers teams.
• Manage training logistics and records, including calendars, venues, and materials.
• Lead agency initiatives and MDRT/Macaulay exclusive programs.
