Job summary

Sun Life in the Philippines is seeking a Brighter Pro Trainer - T2 to design and deliver advanced training for our distribution channels. The role requires coordinating with local CH/RSM and trainer groups to ensure high-quality programs.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of trainer experience in financial services or life insurance, strong communication and MS Office skills, and willingness to travel for field assignments and events. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Makati.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, presentation/platform skills.
• Creative and capable of working under minimal supervision.
• Proficient in the use of MS Office applications.
• Ability to design and edit infographics, art cards and videos.
• Driving skills.
• Willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced training programs to the distribution channels.
• Coordinate with CH/RSM and train the trainers.
• Manage training logistics, calendar, venue, equipment and materials.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis with stakeholders.
• Participate in agency activities and training events.
