Job summary

Sun Life Financial Philippines is seeking a Digital Training and Learning Engagement Lead responsible for managing Digital Training, Learning Engagement Support and Training Analytics for the Agency Distribution Channel. You will collaborate with stakeholders to launch digital tools, organize learning events, and deliver data insights to drive sales goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, or any related field.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting learning data and making data-driven recommendations.
• Excellent in project management and leadership skills.
• At least 5 years work experience in a similar or related position.
• Alternatively, at least 5 years related work experience in an educational setting.
• Formal training and actual work experience in project management is an advantage.
• Knowledge and experience in multimedia production is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in managing Digital Training, Learning Engagement Support and Training Analytics for the Agency Distribution Channel.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to launch and maintain digital tools and applications.
• Organize learning events to support company/sales goals and provide data analysis reports.
• Supervise the Digital Learning Academy, dedicated tools, and training interventions.
• Research and evaluate tools for stakeholder efficiency; generate high-level reports and actionable recommendations.
• Plan, organize, and implement learning events with adherence to standards and procedures.
