Job summary

TDCX is hiring a Trainer (CEBU) to design and deliver comprehensive training for new hires, including product and soft skills. You will develop manuals and multimedia aids, conduct follow-ups to assess effectiveness, and propose enhancements to existing programs. Strong English, MS Office proficiency, and presentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Advanced or higher diploma or bachelor’s degree in related fields.
• 2+ years of experience in training or learning delivery preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office and content creation tools.
• Excellent written and spoken English; strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct orientation and deliver full training programs for new hires.
• Develop new training materials and multimedia aids.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and follow up.
• Suggest improvements to existing training programs and processes.
• Lead training needs analysis and drive service quality initiatives.
• Collaborate with management to implement the Quality Management System.
