Job summary

TP ICAP Group Philippines in Taguig City (Ecoprime Building) invites applications for a broker-support role. You will promote Tullett Prebon, assist brokers for smooth desk operations, and ensure timely input of trades into trading systems while resolving queries promptly.

You will identify trade opportunities, monitor markets, and stay updated on new products and procedures, liaising with clients to understand business objectives and deliver reliable broking services.

Qualifications

• Understanding of market ideas and viewpoints on the economy.
• Willingness to engage with internal and external stakeholders beyond the immediate desk environment.
• Experience in sales or broking.

Responsibilities

• Promote Tullett Prebon and support brokers for smooth desk operations.
• Ensure timely input of trades into trading systems and resolve trade queries promptly.
• Identify trade opportunities, calculate strategies, and keep trade records updated.
• Update real-time manual/electronic whiteboards with market data.
• Provide input on projects for brokers and traders and deliver daily trade details.
• Give live quotes to traders via messaging systems and monitor markets and financial news.
• Understand underlying products and stay updated on new products and procedures.
• Liaise with clients by phone and face-to-face to understand business objectives and provide reliable broking services.
• Develop new business with existing clients and onboard new clients following correct processes.
