• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in trade operations, trade support, settlements, or related function.
• Experience using trade capture, confirmation, settlement platforms and reconciliation tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Perform daily reconciliations of trades, positions, and cash balances.
• Investigate breaks and discrepancies and drive timely resolution.
• Support accurate and timely trade processing, confirmation, and settlement.
• Monitor trade flows and follow up on exceptions through to closure.
• Maintain operational controls and complete required checks.
• Escalate operational risks, issues and time‑sensitive breaks.
• Partner with technology teams to support enhancements and issue resolution.
• Communicate clearly with internal teams and external counterparties.
• Support trading and compliance partners with status updates and follow‑ups.
• Contribute to process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce breaks.
