Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a Trading Services Associate (Manager) to ensure timely trade capture, lifecycle processing, and settlements for OTC derivatives with private banking clients. You will collaborate across front, middle, and back office to resolve issues and strengthen controls.

The role emphasizes accuracy, risk reduction, and process improvements, with a night shift and onsite, full-time setup in Metro Manila. You will contribute to scalable systems and client service excellence.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in trading services or middle office roles.
• Knowledge of front-to-back operations including settlements and regulatory reporting.
• Understanding of derivatives products listed in the job description.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify actions.
• Excellent attention to detail in high-volume, time-sensitive workflows.
• Effective written and verbal communication across functions.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Validate and approve trade booking tickets with checks.
• Capture, enrich, and process trades to on-time settlement with high accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve booking discrepancies end-to-end.
• Escalate potential risk incidents and resolve root causes.
• Maintain records for audits and controls.
• Partner across ops, tech, and front office to resolve issues.
• Identify and implement process improvements for scalability and control.
• Contribute to transformation initiatives and best practices.
• Communicate status updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain client-focused mindset while meeting SLAs.
