Job summary

JPMorgan Chase Philippines Corporate Center seeks a Specialty Product Analyst to support Trade & Working Capital operations. The role processes and releases trade finance transactions, supporting the purchase and sale of goods within an origination-to-distribute model leveraging banks and investors to optimize client financing while managing counterparty risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5–8 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English with strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Understanding of United States regulations and OFAC compliance.
• Willingness to work in any shift as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assist in team management by co-facilitating huddles and meetings, planning leaves, managing daily volume priorities, and supporting goal achievement
• Provide regular, constructive feedback to reduce transaction rejects
• Ensure transactions comply with JPMorgan Chase policies and international compliance rules (UCP 600, ISBP, URR 725)
• Monitor transaction queues, assign tasks, ensure high-quality delivery per SLAs
• Identify red flags, regulatory issues, and compliance breaches, including OFAC and AML concerns
• Collaborate with transaction processing teams to adopt best practices and ensure timely delivery
• Communicate effectively with team members, management, and partners in Sales, Service, and Product
• Demonstrate process orientation with understanding of upstream/downstream implications
• Perform detailed research to resolve issues independently with accuracy and attention to detail
• Participate in new projects and maintain compliance with JPMorgan Chase policies and local regulations

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Bachelor’s degree holder OR at least 5-8 years of relevant work experience
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Fluent in English with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Understanding of United States regulations and Office of Foreign Assets Control compliance
• Willingness to work in any shift as necessary

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Background in the banking industry, preferably with accounting and finance experience
• Certificate for Documentary Credit Specialists (CDCS) and Certificate in International Trade and Finance (CITF) certifications
• Project management experience
• At least 3 years of trade work experience, well-versed in UCP 600, ISBP, and URR 725
