Qualifications

• Two years of experience in financial services operations processing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with formulas for analysis.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills to identify trends and root causes.
• Clear written and verbal communication and relationship-building.
• Demonstrated ownership, accountability and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Monitor client margin and collateral exposures and identify exceptions requiring action.
• Reconcile positions, cash, and margin movements to support accurate daily processing.
• Investigate breaks and valuation differences using internal and third-party information sources.
• Coordinate with internal partners to resolve issues, elevate when needed, and track items to closure.
• Maintain risk and control checks, and follow documented procedures to support compliance.
• Document and update workflows, operating procedures, and control steps to reflect current practices.
• Prepare management reporting, including key performance indicators and operational metrics.
• Respond to as-needed inquiries from internal partners and clients, ensuring timely and clear communication.
• Identify process improvement and automation opportunities and support delivery of agreed enhancements.
