Job summary

Qualifications

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong verbal and written communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Structured problem-solving to reconcile data and resolve exceptions.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience following documented procedures to support risk management.

Responsibilities

Perform daily reconciliations of trades, positions, and cash balances.
Investigate and resolve breaks or discrepancies within agreed timelines.
Execute trade processing activities to support accurate settlement across instruments.
Monitor trade flows and remediate issues impacting settlement.
Maintain trade records and audit-ready documentation.
Identify process improvements to reduce risk and increase efficiency.
Collaborate with technology teams to enhance trade processing workflows.
Support risk management by following controls and reporting issues.
