Job summary

Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. in Manila seeks an Implementation Engineer to work with clients to understand requirements, configure and customize trading platforms, and partner with Product, TAC, and Support teams to deliver reliable client solutions.

You will apply hands-on programming and problem-solving skills in an Agile environment to investigate and resolve complex issues, contributing to the delivery and continuous improvement of production solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a client-facing technical support or implementation role.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related major.
• Strong client-facing skills with ability to communicate with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client requirements and issues from functional and technical perspectives.
• Configure, integrate, and customize products to meet business requirements.
• Liaise with Product teams and Technical Account Managers to support implementations.
• Proactively improve processes to promote quality and safer deployments.
• Assist the Support team with critical cases.
• Use Java, Linux, and databases to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
• Collaborate in an Agile/Scrum environment to support delivery and product innovation.
• Apply CI and TDD practices when developing or enhancing technical solutions.
• Build, test, and validate implementation-related deliverables before deployment.
